Cyanjel Home Care LLC is a licensed non-medical home care agency based on Clairton Boulevard in Pittsburgh, serving families across the South Hills of Allegheny County. We help older adults stay in their own homes: personal care, companionship, respite for family caregivers, medication reminders, meals and mobility support.

Cyanjel Home Care was founded by educators, health workers and social workers who came together to provide adaptable care that goes beyond basic support. We believe every person deserves to age with independence and dignity, in the comfort of their own home, and that the family doing most of the caring deserves real help rather than a brochure.

We say what we do not do
We provide non-medical care. We do not prescribe, give injections or perform nursing procedures. If your family needs skilled home health care, we will say so and help you find it. What we do and do not do
Every visit is verified
Visits are recorded through Electronic Visit Verification, which Pennsylvania requires for Medicaid personal care, so families know a visit happened rather than taking it on trust.
Family caregivers are part of the plan
We work with Community HealthChoices participants, including families who want a relative employed as the paid caregiver, and with families paying privately. How care is paid for
