Cyanjel is a small, family-run home care agency in Pittsburgh's South Hills. We match each caregiver with a consistent set of clients, pay for orientation and annual training, and run an office that picks up the phone. What we look for in every role
- Patience, and the kind of reliability a family can plan around
- Clear communication in English; other languages are a plus
- Able to pass Pennsylvania background clearances
- A smartphone for clock-in and visit notes
- Respect for privacy and for how people want to live
- Experience helps; a good attitude and training matter more
